Santander / Cahoot Flexiloan rate hike

From the early 2000s to present day, prior and current Cahoot customers (Cahoot is now owned by Santander) saw their personal loan interest rates increased in some cases from as little as 6.9% to 22%. This forced some people into financial hardship while generating more profits for Santander. We think this isn't fair, and that while Santander have paid interest refunds to a small number of customers, everyone who has been unfairly treated should receive a refund of the excessive interest they have paid. We're starting an action to gather together the people affected, who have not previously received a refund.
